Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Program in Surgical Technology
• Certified Surgical Technician and/or TS-C (Tech in Surgery-Certified) within 1 year of hire
• 1-2 years surgical technician experience

Nice To Haves

• Strong understanding of aseptic and sterile techniques
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing in on surgical procedures
• Assisting professional staff in the care of patients
• Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding patient, family, employee, and financial information
• Participation in on-call responsibilities as outlined by department policy
