About The Position

Work Schedule : Full-time, 100% FTE, day/evening. Monday – Friday between the hours of 6:40am – 3:10pm, 6:40am – 5:10pm and 9:10 – 5:40pm. You will work a variety of 8 and 10-hour shifts. No weekends, holidays or on-call required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Pay : This position may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). We are seeking a Surgical Tech to: Help prepare the operating room prior to surgery, ensure the right instruments and supplies are ready in the room. Assist the surgeon by anticipating their next move and handing them any instruments that may be needed in order to make the procedure run as smooth and efficient as possible. Assist with inventory control.

Requirements

  • Completion of a Surgical Technologist program
  • Basic Life Support/CPR certification within 6 months

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of Surgical Technologist experience may be considered in lieu of completion of a Surgical Technologist program
  • 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
