About The Position
Arnold Palmer Hospital is currently seeking a Surgical Tech III for their Surgery Department. This is a Variable Full Time position with a First Shift, offering a Weekend Option. The department provides perioperative care to pediatric patients, including elective, urgent, and emergent surgical procedures. They offer coverage for STAT NOW, urgent, and emergent cases, including trauma, 24/7. The operating room is equipped for the successful completion of surgical procedures, and the department works in conjunction with Pre-Admission Testing, the Pre-Anesthesia Care Area, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Sterile Supply, and the Sterile Processing Department.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative care to pediatric patients.
- Assist with elective, urgent, and emergent surgical procedures.
- Provide coverage for STAT NOW, urgent, and emergent cases, including trauma cases 24/7.
