About The Position

Performs necessary duties in the scrub role and takes on greater responsibility in providing patient care, demonstrating higher-level critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. Partners with licensed staff and performs patient-care duties for clients of various age groups under the direction of a registered nurse.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of a Surgical Technology program.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist or 3 years of surgical tech experience.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
