About The Position

The clinical supervisor functions as an extension of the Manager and/or Director by developing and monitoring staff practice for consistency with policies, procedures and standards of practice. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 12:00pm-8:30pm, Monday-Friday, with no call required. The role is located at Baptist Health Floyd in the Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area.

Requirements

• Graduate of approved nursing program
• Current Indiana or compact state RN license
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required
• Two (2) years of clinical/hospital setting with at least one (1) year of experience in surgical care setting
• Previous Supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

• CNOR certification, within 12 months of hire
• ACLS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
