About The Position
This is a full-time, permanent position for a Surgical Services Supervisor at a facility near Lebanon, NH. The role involves overseeing daily surgical services operations, coordinating staff, surgical schedules, patient flow, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe care delivery. The supervisor will also lead and support surgical services staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, policies, regulatory requirements, and quality/safety initiatives, while addressing operational issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Experience in the operating room or surgical services
- Previous leadership experience
- Must have or be willing to obtain an RN license with unrestricted privilege to practice in the state of NH
Responsibilities
