About The Position
A facility near Lebanon, NH is seeking a Surgical Services Supervisor to join their surgical department! This is a full-time, permanent position with a schedule of Monday-Thursday, four 9-hour shifts. Relocation assistance and a $10,000 signing bonus are available.
Requirements
- Experience in the operating room or surgical services.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Must have or be willing to obtain an RN license with unrestricted privilege to practice in the state of NH.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily surgical services operations, coordinating staff, surgical schedules, patient flow, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe care delivery.
- Lead and support surgical services staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, policies, regulatory requirements, and quality/safety initiatives while addressing operational issues as they arise.
