About The Position

The Surgical Services Manager is a clinical leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations and staff of the Surgical Services Department, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality surgical care in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. The Manager actively participates in direct patient care, fosters interdepartmental collaboration, supports hospital goals, and leads quality improvement and infection control initiatives specific to surgical services.
