About The Position
The Surgical Services Assistant will assist with patient care by providing assistance to the patient care team in the Main Operating Room. This is a full-time, dayshift position requiring 40 hours weekly. The role demands good organizational skills, the ability to multitask with frequent interruptions, flexibility in working hours, and a positive attitude with good communication skills. The assistant must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of the patient care team and demonstrate proper corridor maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Past employment in the operating room preferred.
- BCLS required (due within 90 days).
