About The Position

Join our Operating Room team and help provide safe, efficient patient care throughout the surgical experience. This role supports orthopedic procedures by setting up and operating the HANA table and accessories, assisting with safe patient positioning and transfers, monitoring patient safety during table movement and positioning, cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining HANA equipment, supporting surgeons and the perioperative team during orthopedic procedures, and participating in HANA table call coverage.

Hana Table Training Competency required within 90 days of hire
BCLS required within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

Experience with the HANA Surgical Table is highly preferred.
Knowledge of orthopedic patient positioning preferred.
Prior Operating Room Experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures.
Assist with patient transport, transfers, and positioning.
Support surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists during procedures.
Assist with room turnover, stocking supplies, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and equipment safety standards.
Set up and operate the HANA table and accessories.
Assist with safe patient positioning and transfers.
Monitor patient safety during table movement and positioning.
Clean, inspect, and maintain HANA equipment.
Support surgeons and the perioperative team during orthopedic procedures.
Participate in HANA table call coverage.
