About The Position
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, this position is responsible for scheduling surgeries for the department. Collaborates with other team members to assist in problem resolution to identify the most efficient schedule.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate using both written and verbal skills
- Proficiency with organizational and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills in order to maintain and modify the scheduling module
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of three months previous business office OR healthcare based experience
- Previous insurance, managed care, and integrative medicine experience preferred
- Medical terminology or coding experience
- One year of EPIC experience
- Bilingual Spanish helpful, but not required
