This PRN position requires minimum of 116 hours in a 6 week schedule with 36 hours of off shift (1500-0730) and 24 hours of weekend (Friday 1500-Monday 0730).

Full time orientation will be required for several months and could be on any shift based on preceptor assignments and stage of orientation- length of orientation depends on experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years ICU experience preferably pediatric.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (or equivalent academic and/or professional experience).
• A license to practice professional nursing in the State of Wisconsin.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification - American Heart Association (AHA) training is required within 90 days.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council
• License RN-Registered Nurse (30) - State of Wisconsin
• PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council

Responsibilities

• Partner in the care management team.
• Provide coordination and management of patient care to pediatric patients and families within a continuum of care.
• Delegate patient activities as appropriate within a care management assignment.
