About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Surgical Implant and Vendor Coordinator to support our Ambulatory Surgery Center. In this role, you’ll coordinate, track, and manage surgical implants, biologics, grafts, tissue products, and intraocular lens inventory to ensure everything is available and accurately documented for scheduled procedures. You’ll partner closely with surgeons, clinical teams, vendors, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to review surgical schedules, confirm implant needs, reconcile usage and invoices, submit bill-only requisitions, and maintain compliant inventory records including lot numbers, expiration dates, and patient linkage. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment, and skilled at communication, troubleshooting, and keeping critical workflows moving smoothly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years experience in surgical services, materials management, or healthcare supply chain preferred.
  • ASC or Operating Room background strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with EPIC and TORQ (or similar case management and inventory systems) is preferred.

Responsibilities
