Surgical Clinical Resource Specialist- Part Time

About The Position
This is a part-time role for a Surgical Clinical Resource Specialist. The position requires a strong background in acute care nursing and specific certifications.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- BSN required
- Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) required
- At least 2 years of acute care nursing experience (within last four years) in alignment with focus of the role
- Current registration and licensure in the State of Iowa as an RN
- Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing
- Previous acute or clinic experience
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS required
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette required
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- High degree of empathetic listening, tact and kindness toward others
- Ability to communicate well verbally
- Must work effectively as a member of a team
- Basic computer knowledge
- Technical and critical thinking skills
Nice To Haves
- Instructional design skill highly preferred
