About The Position
Stand For Animals is a nonprofit veterinary practice providing high-quality, low-cost spay-neuter services and veterinary care. The organization describes itself as innovative, fun, and passionate about providing affordable services. The role works with a collaborative medical and administrative team at clinic locations in Charlotte, Lake Norman, and Pineville. The schedule is a four-day work week, either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced veterinary clinic
- At least two years of experience assisting in surgery
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently
- Ability to stand, crouch, kneel, and walk for extended periods
