About The Position

Fast-paced, high-volume clinic looking for a top skilled Scheduler. This role is responsible for coordinating, registering, and scheduling patient appointments according to availability. The specialist will also conduct patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care, ensure all required tests needed prior to surgery are completed, and schedule any necessary follow-up appointments. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

Nice To Haves

Two Years of related experience in Healthcare environment (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
Knowledge of Insurance Verificatin, Referrals and Pre-Certifications (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
Surgery Scheduling experience (STRONGLY PREFERRED)
Thrive in a Fast-Paced environment, working with multiple providers' schedules (PREFERRED)

Responsibilities
