About The Position

UC Health is hiring a full time Surgery Scheduler for the Oral Surgery Team in Ambulatory Scheduling. The Surgery Scheduler schedules procedures for UC Health Perioperative and Diagnostic Areas. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Pleasant verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to outpatient scheduling.
• Testing required.

Responsibilities

• Provides scheduling support and appointment information to UC Health ambulatory patients.
• Agents schedule appointments and complete registration for identified UC Health ambulatory departments.
