About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an accomplished Surgery Center Administrator to provide executive leadership for an ambulatory surgical operation in San Ramon, California. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the clinical, operational, financial, and administrative performance of a surgery center while building strong partnerships with physicians, staff, and organizational leadership. The Administrator will be instrumental in maintaining an environment centered on patient safety, operational excellence, and exceptional surgical care. This position is ideal for a healthcare leader who understands the unique demands of an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). You'll have the opportunity to lead teams, strengthen center performance, and influence the continued success of a surgical facility while working with United Surgical Partners International (USPI).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of relevant healthcare leadership or management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading healthcare operations, teams, or surgical services.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership experience within an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
  • Hospital surgical services leadership experience combined with meaningful ASC exposure.
  • Experience overseeing multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams.
  • Knowledge of surgery center operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and patient safety.
  • Experience with financial performance, budgeting, staffing, operational efficiency, or business development within a surgical environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of $130,000 – $190,000 annually
