About The Position
United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Richmond, an accredited facility in Richmond, TX. This facility specializes in GI, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, and Podiatry procedures with 4 ORs and 2 PRs. The role offers the opportunity to lead day-to-day operations, working closely with physicians, staff, and governing boards to support clinical quality, operational efficiency, and a positive patient and employee experience. This position is ideal for leaders who value accountability, collaboration, and hands-on operational leadership.
Requirements
- Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure
- Strong with operations

- 2+ to 5 years experience
- Executive Management Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree
Nice To Haves
- Someone who has either been an ASC Administrator or someone who has been a Director of Surgical Services in an acute care hospital setting with ASC exposure.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily facility operations, including administrative, clinical support, and business functions
- Serve as liaison between the Governing Board, Medical Staff, facility leadership, and USPI’s Home Office
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety standards
- Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets
- Monitor financial performance and address operational risks
- Oversee staffing, employee performance management, and workforce planning
- Support physician relationships, credentialing processes, and medical staff coordination
- Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts
- Support quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives
- Participate in operational reviews and facility performance reporting
- Identify opportunities for service line development and operational improvement
