Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Three consecutive years of full-time employment (or six consecutive years of part-time employment) to be eligible for Partnership.
• Pass a background check/drug screen for external hires.

• Experience or interest in gender dysphoria, reproductive health, transitional care of complex populations, and eating disorders.
• Interest in pediatric pain or palliative care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care.
• Transition to a Partner/Owner of SCPMG after meeting eligibility requirements.
• Participate in voting on organizational decisions (as a Partner/Owner).
• Contribute to the diverse communities served within San Bernardino County.
• Engage in leadership, teaching, academic pursuits, specialization, and social activities.
• Focus on gender dysphoria, reproductive health, transitional care of complex populations, and eating disorders.
