About The Position
Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is hiring a Surgeon General in Orange County. The role is part of a collaborative medical environment characterized by teamwork and collegiality across specialties and departments. Physicians receive consultative support from a deep pool of specialists and subspecialists, and physician involvement in organizational improvement is emphasized. SCPMG also highlights physician wellness and supports new hires in acclimating, integrating, and connecting with colleagues.
