About The Position

This role involves supporting warehouse operations on a scheduled basis. The Surge Team Member will work one 5-hour shift per week, with the option to work an additional 5-hour shift once per month on Surge days. Responsibilities include responding to activation drills, assisting with product receipt and picking, managing product issues, loading and processing product onto trailers, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The role also requires operating warehouse equipment if certified and reporting any equipment failures. Adherence to cGMP and LSL standards is expected, along with other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalency required.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., drug screen and background check).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Adhere to strict appearance and uniform guidelines.
  • Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must be able to bend / stoop to complete tasks.
  • Must be able to remain on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
  • Forklift operation requires the ability to hear warehouse activity.
  • Must be able to read at a distance, close to the eyes, and at arm’s length with or without correction.
  • Forklift operation requires distance vision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with warehouse or supply chain environments and transportation is a plus.
  • Experience utilizing RF Guns/Scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work one scheduled 5-hour shift per week (7:00 am - 12:00 pm or 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm).
  • Option to work up to one additional 5-hour shift once per month on Surge day.
  • Respond to Routine Activation Drills within the required 90-minute timeframe.
  • Assist in the receipt of incoming product with LSL full-time warehouse personnel or supervision.
  • Assist in the picking of product with LSL full-time warehouse personnel or supervision.
  • Inform supervisor of any product issues.
  • Load product onto trailers as directed by Supervisor.
  • Wrap, scan, or process product and pallets as directed by Supervisor.
  • Operate Company warehouse equipment (if LSL certified) in a safe and reliable manner.
  • Report all equipment failures to supervisor.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness is maintained to cGMP and LSL standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
