Responsibilities
- Visit 5 or more customers per day across the Milwaukee area
- Complete small, high-skill surface repairs, most under one hour
- Deliver top-tier customer service on every job
- Identify additional repair opportunities and confidently recommend solutions
- Work independently while staying aligned with team expectations
- Keep clean, accurate job notes in our system
- Represent our brand professionally with property managers and residents
