About The Position

Requirements

Two (2) years in automotive electronics manufacturing
PCB manufacturing experience
Understanding of basic electronics and PCB assemblies
Ability to learn and operate technical equipment independently
Must be available for weekend and daily overtime
Internal candidates are required to have under 3.00 attendance points.

Nice To Haves

Five (5) years of automotive electronics manufacturing with experience in surface mount technologies
Excellent problem-solving and organization skills
Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on SMT equipment independently
Good communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail
Understanding of advanced electronics
Ability to troubleshoot PCB assemblies to component level

Responsibilities

Running the surface mount technology line and loading components
Keeping a clean and well-organized work area
Completing production-related documents
Making changes to machinery to accommodate different products
Visually inspecting boards to ensure quality
Safely performing cleaning, changeover, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on surface mount equipment
