About The Position

This position loads and/or runs the Surface Mount Placement machine (Pick and Place) to manufacture printed circuit board assemblies.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Knowledge of electronic components and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• Mydata, Mycronic, and ASM software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow production documents to fully understand the project at hand.
• Prep boards, mask, glue, and program screen-printer.
• Load feeders and magazines to ensure machine optimization.
• Verify component and manufacturing part number accuracy against B.O.M.
• Evaluate components for conformance and sufficient quantity.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance on machines.
• Keep an accurate count of product at your workstation while inspecting every piece for defects.
