Requirements

• Sit or stand for up to 12 hours a day
• Walk distances across our production area
• Perform frequent, repetitive elbow movements
• Reach, grasp, grip, and provide fine manipulation with hands
• Work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines

Nice To Haves

• IPC Certification
• Soldering experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Following assembly procedures in accordance with specifications and by using hand and power tools and test equipment.
• Removing small quantities of metal to clean parts or achieve a precise fit between components.
• Drilling, tapping, or reaming holes as necessary.
• Aligning various components and securing them together using bolts, screws, or rivets.
• Setting up, assembling, repairing, testing, and packaging final and sub-assemblies.
• Maintaining the required work quality and output at all workstations and assembly lines while adhering to established requirements.
• Operating test equipment to ensure that the product meets all necessary specifications.
• Promptly documenting and reporting any discrepancies.
• Maintaining and reporting inventory accuracy.
• Performing housekeeping and organization duties in the department and work area, which could include sweeping the area, disposing of trash, and performing minor maintenance on certain pieces of equipment.
• Additional duties may be assigned, or responsibilities may change over time.
