About The Position

The Surety Account Manager will be responsible for processing documents necessary to maintain the Client Surety Program, utilizing the agency management system. This role involves generating invoices, preparing bonds and related documents as required by clients, obtaining bid results, assisting Account Executives with various documents, and coordinating document delivery. The position also requires functioning as a team member to ensure superior service to all Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) clients, which includes performing assigned tasks, treating everyone with courtesy and respect, contributing to a team approach, and demonstrating cooperation and effective communication. The role also involves providing guidance and quality checks for others' work and demonstrating technical expertise to assist in maintaining the Client Surety Program, including verifying accuracy of bonds and invoices, comprehending bond requirements, and communicating with surety companies and clients as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and possess basic word processing and spreadsheet computer skills.
  • Operational knowledge of various Windows-based application programs such as Excel and Word.
  • Willing to work overtime due to cyclical nature of business.
