About The Position
Supervises employees who test and/or inspect products to determine compliance with specifications.
Requirements
- Apprentice graduate, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 4 years of applicable technical experience.
- Master’s degree and 2 years relevant experience.
- 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree.
- 8 years related non-exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree and experience.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of a Confidential Clearance.
- X42/X43 background.
- Working knowledge of New Construction Carrier and RCOH work practices.
- Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and interpret procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
