About The Position

This position will have multifaceted responsibilities supporting department initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities in maintenance processes. The ability to perform Gap Analysis identifying opportunities for process improvements and technical training a plus. Will oversee craftspeople and as required contractors in support of maintenance improvement activities. Supervises employees or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings, and equipment via one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning, heating, painting, and/or general maintenance. Sets priorities and performs forecasting and allocates the resources needed to complete all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or the equivalent in education, training and experience, plus a minimum of 4 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience.
Master's degree and 2 years relevant experience.
NNS Apprentice Certificate plus 4 years of applicable experience.
