About The Position

Providing leadership and oversight for Third Party A/R Follow-up function within Patient Financial Services. Functions under the responsibility of A/R Follow-up include contacting third party payors to collect on unpaid claims in a timely and accurate manner, and others as assigned.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 3 years of revenue cycle experience

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s Degree
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of related Revenue Cycle experience, preferably within Third Party A/R Follow-up
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Previous Epic experience
• Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association Upon Hire
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Upon Hire
