About The Position

Providing leadership and oversight for Third Party A/R Follow-up function within Patient Financial Services. Functions under the responsibility of A/R Follow-up include contacting third party payors to collect on unpaid claims in a timely and accurate manner, and others as assigned.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• 3 years of revenue cycle experience Required

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s Degree Preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• 5 years of related Revenue Cycle experience, preferably within Third Party A/R Follow-up Preferred
• 3 years of supervisory experience Preferred
• Previous Epic experience Preferred
• Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association Upon Hire Preferred
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Upon Hire Preferred
