About The Position

The Supervisor – Specialty Pharmacy is responsible for oversight and supervision of the daily operations of the Health System’s specialty pharmacy operations. This position works under the direction of the Manager –Specialty Pharmacies & Medication Assistance Program. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining efficient specialty pharmacy workflows, developing strong relationships with clinic staff, collaborating with manufacturers and payers to expand specialty pharmacy networks, maintaining accreditation standards, and developing clinical programs and operations that support all aspects of specialty pharmacy.

Requirements

Successful completion of an Accredited ASHP residency preferred
Washington State Pharmacist License in good standing
Minimum three (3) years clinical or specialty pharmacy experience required
Minimum two (2) years of retail pharmacy practice experience preferred
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity

Specialty, Oncology, Neurology, or Rheumatology additional credentials preferred
