About The Position
The Okaloosa Youth Academy is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor. This role functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to adolescent boys aged 13 through 18. The Supervisor leads therapeutic groups with patients and is able to intervene effectively in crisis situations. The Okaloosa Youth Academy is a non-secure, certified juvenile justice residential facility for males in Crestview, FL, dedicated to reducing juvenile delinquency through effective prevention, intervention, and treatment services.
Requirements
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to pass DJJ background screen and pre-employment drug screen.

- Previous related working experience preferred.
