About The Position

The role of Patient Coordinator Supervisor will be central to the success of Natera’s product portfolio. This position will serve as a team lead role both servicing Natera’s patients and leading specific teams of Patient Coordinators. Core responsibilities include collaborating with key stakeholders to increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales by both being the key contact for patient needs and leading a team of Patient Coordinators. The Patient Coordinator Supervisor will accomplish this by being the patient advocate within Natera.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound capacity.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent oral & presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically
  • Emphasis on competitive analysis and team first attitude.
  • Ability to relate and educate our technology to potential patients
  • Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills needed
  • Self-motivation, with the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Must act with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice To Haves

  • Background in medical or biological sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall performance of the team and manage all day to day activities.
  • Provide coaching development and assessment reporting for the Patient Coordinator teams.
  • Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
  • Cross collaborates with other key stakeholders to develop and share best practices.
  • Work assigned territory to maintain & support existing customers.
  • Assess the needs of patients with a focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and problem solving.
  • Ensure all data and analysis requests from different parts of the organization are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Help manage our business system tools (e.g. QlikView, Salesforce).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job.
  • Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.
  • Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
