Requirements

• Completes steps of service
• Supervises other team members
• Knows and can describe menu
• Displays a positive guest attitude
• Acts with a sense of urgency
• Follows Levy guidelines as stated in employee training manual and handbook
• Practices proper product control and handling
• Thoroughly Supervise all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
• Displays a positive attitude toward teammates
• Always on time and ready to go
• Maintains show quality of areas at all times
