About The Position
This role requires a skilled individual in all aspects of Industrial Maintenance, with proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical components, and construction. The position involves implementing preventive and predictive maintenance tools, utilizing basic computer skills and Microsoft Office programs, and possessing good verbal and written communication abilities. The job also includes managing shift personnel, job planning, parts requisitions, vendor contacts for outside sourcing, and performing clerical duties as required by the department manager and HR.
Requirements
- Skilled in all aspects of Industrial Maintenance
- Proficient in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical components and construction
- Ability to implement Preventive and predictive maintenance tools
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Good verbal and written skills
- Minimum of High School diploma
- Minimum of 3 years on the job experience in all skills listed above in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics
- Minimum of basic computer skills and the willingness to learn new software
Nice To Haves
- Technical training in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulics with a Degree in Industrial Maintenance from an accredited institution
- Previous experience supervising employees including evaluating performance and coaching
