About The Position
This role requires a skilled individual in all aspects of Industrial Maintenance, with proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical components, and construction. The candidate must be able to implement preventive and predictive maintenance tools, possess basic computer skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. A minimum of a High School diploma and 3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, covering all listed skills, is required. The position involves managing shift personnel, job planning, parts requisitions, vendor contacts, and clerical duties as directed by the department manager and HR.
Requirements
- Skilled in all aspects of Industrial Maintenance
- Proficient in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical components and construction
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Good verbal and written skills
- Minimum of High School diploma
- Minimum of 3 years on the job experience in all skills listed above in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Able to read and understand blueprints, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics
- Minimum of basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn new software
Nice To Haves
- Technical training in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulics
- Degree in Industrial Maintenance from an accredited institution
- Previous experience supervising employees including evaluating performance and coaching
