JOB SUMMARY:
The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating and directing workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures and utility system of buildings. Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications and standards. Performs general maintenance work and specialty work as required.

Requirements

• High School/GED
• License/Certification in specialized trade required.
• 5 (five) years facility engineering
• Ability to organize work and direct activities of others
• ability to react in emergency situations
• willingness to travel between facility and off site clinics or out of town as necessary
• must demonstrate compliance to DHLs Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue (s) to the Compliance Officer.

Nice To Haves

• 2 (two) years supervisory experience preferred.
