About The Position

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Communication Center and its employees. Reports and investigates issues of concerns, troubleshoots equipment issues and maintains all necessary staffing and tools needed by communications team.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Three years of experience as an EMD or Five-years of experience as a PSAP dispatcher, REQUIRED
  • EMD through IAED or obtained within 6 months of hire
  • EMD-Q through IAED or obtained within 6 months of hire
  • CPR Certification
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Supervisory experience in Communication Center, PSAP or EMS preferred
  • Knowledge of Hexagon, I-Dispatcher preferred
  • EMD & EMD-Q through IAED preferred
