Supports Coordinator - Registered Nurse

The Information Center, Inc.Taylor, MI

About The Position

If you are a nurse who is burned out on hospital floors, rotating shifts, and feeling like a task instead of a clinician — this is a different kind of opportunity. At The Information Center, 91% of our team stays, and roles like this one are the reason why. You will carry a manageable caseload, work autonomously in the community, and build real relationships with the people you serve — older adults and adults with disabilities who depend on you to help them stay safely in their own homes. No nights. No weekends. No bedside burnout. Just meaningful, person-centered nursing work with a team that has your back. The role is based in Taylor, MI with in-person onboarding for the first six months, then transitions to hybrid once training and performance requirements are met.
