The Children's Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Supports Coordinator is responsible for coordinating services and supports that promote the health, independence, and overall well-being of children with developmental disabilities. This position works collaboratively with children, families, guardians, providers, schools, and community partners to develop and monitor person-centered plans that reflect each child's unique needs and goals. The Supports Coordinator serves as an advocate and resource for families while ensuring services are effectively coordinated, documented, and delivered in compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements.
