The Supportive Services Case Manager is responsible for providing housing-focused case management to San Francisco clients who received rapid rehousing rental assistance through the San Francisco Department of Housing and Homeless Services and other City departments. The Five Keys rehousing program team reports to our 821 Folsom Street offices in San Francisco. It is the responsibility of staff members to strive to raise the standard of professionalism to ensure the highest standards and opportunities are offered to our clients, partners, and fellow staff. This temporary position is expected to last from 3-6 months.
