New Age Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and supportive individual or family to provide a Supportive Roommate home for a 50-year-old male who is transitioning into his first Supportive Roommate living arrangement. This individual has a strong level of independence and is able to complete personal care tasks such as dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene independently. He enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and benefits from encouragement, structure, and support in managing daily responsibilities and community involvement. The individual has been diagnosed with: Developmental Disability, Organic Brain Disorder, Seizure Disorder, Kidney Disease, Hungry Bone Syndrome. He previously lived independently with scheduled staff supports and currently resides with his mother, who is also his guardian. The individual attends a Community Access Program with NAS every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. He requires a supportive, stable, and structured home environment. Ongoing collaboration with the individual's family, guardian, and support team will be required.
