About The Position

Since its founding in 1985, Queen of Peace Center (QOPC) has been providing family-centered behavioral healthcare for women, children, and families. As a member of the Federation of Catholic Charities, we serve the metropolitan and surrounding St. Louis area through four core programs: prevention, education, treatment, and housing. Catholic Charities of St. Louis, Queen of Peace Center is seeking a Supportive Services Supervisor. The supervisor will provide direct oversight of Community Support Specialists and Peer Support Specialists while maintaining an active caseload as a CSS. This role balances direct service delivery with frontline supervision to ensure high-quality, timely, and effective support services. The supervisor serves as a key operational link between supportive services staff, clinical teams, and community partners. Annual compensation begins at $60,000, with potential increases based on your experience and educational background.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Valid Missouri driver’s license (Class E), personal vehicle, and current automobile liability insurance.
  • Must own or lease a vehicle for use in transporting clients, with insurance coverage that permits client transport.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer use for documentation and familiarity with Microsoft Windows.
  • Prior experience providing community-based behavioral health services required.

  • Prior experience supervising or leading staff in a community-based setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision to Community Support Specialists and Peer Support Specialists within the QOPC treatment programs.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training assigned staff.
  • Conduct ongoing performance management, including coaching, feedback, and corrective action as needed.
  • Monitor and support staff productivity, ensuring alignment with established expectations.
  • Provide field-based supervision and support to staff delivering services in the community.
  • Review documentation for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Maintain an active caseload and provide Community Support Services to clients.
  • Deliver services in alignment with treatment goals and organizational standards.
  • Participate in crisis response as needed.
  • Coordinate closely with clinical teams to ensure integrated, client-centered care.
  • Serve as a liaison with external partners to support continuity of care and service access.
  • Support communication and collaboration across service lines.
  • Maintain a minimum of 15 hours of billable service per week.
  • Complete all documentation within 24 hours or one business day of service delivery.
  • Oversee staff productivity, ensuring each team member meets a minimum of 25 hours of service per week.
  • Ensure documentation meets organizational, regulatory, and payer requirements.
