About The Position

Pyramid Healthcare Mountaineer in Kearneysville, West Virginia, is seeking a compassionate Recovery Support professional to help individuals working toward recovery from substance use. The role uses experience and education to build connections, strengthen recovery supports, and help individuals create a foundation for lasting change. The position is full-time, in person, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some weekends if needed. The listed pay is $18–$20 per hour. The counselor connects clients with community resources and recovery supports, facilitates individual and group sessions under clinical supervision, supports clients and families throughout treatment, and works with treatment teams and community partners. The role also includes maintaining client documentation and treatment records. Pyramid Healthcare provides behavioral healthcare services, including psychiatry, addiction recovery, and mental disorder treatment, in supportive environments. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Recommended: 1+ year of experience in substance use treatment or direct client support.
