Mountain Home seeks a full-time Supported Employment & Education Coordinator (SEC) to provide clients individualized supported employment and education services using the evidence-based Individualized Placement and Support (IPS) Model. The SEC will partner with clients to identify and achieve competitive employment and educational goals while collaborating closely with and integrated behavioral health treatment team. This position will develop relationships with employers, educational institutions, and community partners to create opportunities that match each client's strengths, interests, and preferences. The majority of work is performed in the community through direct client engagements, employer outreach, and collaboration with community partners. The ideal candidate is familiar with social services in the Missoula community and has a bachelor’s degree in social work or a similar field and/or related experience providing services to young adults with special needs, severe emotional disturbances, and/or cognitive or developmental delays.
