About The Position

Support Workers work alongside Case Managers to support children and families as they build healthy relationships and strong foundations. The role involves teaching life skills, connecting families with resources, helping create plans for improvement, and building relationships while advocating for children and families. The position offers hybrid-work flexibility and an average hourly rate of $16.63, including wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differentials.

TFI Family Services describes its team as supportive and focused on making a meaningful impact. Applicants are asked to complete a Predictive Index assessment, which takes approximately 5–7 minutes and is intended to help hiring managers assess candidate fit.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or an associate degree in Human Services.
• Two years of previous work experience with children and families.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Teach life skills, including emotional management, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
• Connect families to resources and help create plans to improve their lives.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
• Advocate for children and their families.
• Work alongside Case Managers to support children and families.
