Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• No industry experience is required. However, you need to have the desire to learn our industry via training opportunities from management, peers, and our training curriculum.
• Ability to engage others through active listening.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Assist field operations by pulling wires, performing systems inspections, and delivering equipment.
• Actively participate in company initiatives such as securing new referrals and upselling.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Begin to learn how to service basic security systems through a mentoring relationship with a more seasoned technician.
