About The Position

The On-Site Support Technician provides hands-on IT support at Assabet Valley Collaborative, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and rapid resolution of technical issues.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of IT support experience
  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work onsite and independently

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
  • Support device deployment (PCs, Macs, Chromebooks)
  • Assist with network connectivity and printer issues
  • Perform break/fix repairs and maintenance
  • Support onboarding/offboarding of users
  • Maintain inventory and asset tracking
  • Provide end-user support and training
