About The Position

Great Beginnings, part of Endeavor Schools, is hiring a Support Childcare Teacher. Support Teachers work collaboratively with teachers across various classrooms to create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes children's holistic development. The role involves supporting learning activities, ensuring children's safety and well-being, monitoring their progress, and fostering a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Requirements

High school diploma required.
At least 1 year of experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center required.
At least 1 year of prior experience with all age groups, from infants to school-age children.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.

Nice To Haves

CDA, TCC, or an associate degree in Early Childhood preferred.
